KJ is a former college swimmer turned triathlete. Originally from California, she headed east for college, to the mountains of Boulder, Colorado for work, and to the Pacific Northwest to follow her dreams of the outdoors. She has coached every level of swimming from absolute beginner children and adults to collegiate swimmers. KJ is a certified USA Triathlon Coach, US Masters Swimming Coach, and Personal Trainer.
